2 - Oslo - the Arctic town of Kirkenes
Flight to Kirkenes, appr. 2 hours. Individual
check in to a centrally located hotel.
Optional shore excursions:
Riverboat safari to the Pasvik valley (summer season)

Day 3 - Kirkenes, Cruise departure
Embark the ship before noon. Cruise
via Vardo, Norway's easternmost town, with the enchanting
Vardohus Fortress before the ship continues along the Varanger peninsula
with a late evening arrival at Batsfjord.

4 - Cruise Finnmark coast - Tromso
Cruise via Hammerfest, across Soroysund to Oksfjord. The course is
set via Lopphavet and the ship finds quiet waters towards Skjervoy
and Tromso.

5 - Cruise Tromso - Lofoten Islands
Cruising through the narrow Risoyrenna channel, along the
Vesteralen archipelago, then through the narrrow Raftsund passage to the
spectacular Lofoten Islands.
Trollfjord cruise (possible detour during the summer season). Call at Stokmarknes with the Norwegian Coastal Voyage/Hurtigruten Museum,
Svolvaer & Stamsund.

6 - Cruise Helgeland coast - Arctic Circle
The ship sails
along the beautiful and fabled Helgeland Coast with the Seven
Sisters mountain range, views of the Svartisen glacier and the well-known Torghatten
mountain peak, crossing the Arctic Circle. Calls at Ornes, Nesna, Sandnessjoen,
Bronnoysund and Rorvik

Cruise Trondheim fjord - Alesund
The island of Munkholmen leads the way to the historic town
of Trondheim, with its picturesque areas of tiny, wooden houses, the Nidaros
Cathedral & the Nidelven river with the authentic wooden wharf houses.
Then the Trondheim fjord, passing the beautiful island of Hitra and the open sea of Hustadvika,
scattered with islands & tiny skerries. Calls at the coastal
towns of Kristiansund & Molde, with late evening call at the picturesque Art
Noveau town of alesund

8 - Cruise Alesund - Bergen
Through
magnificent West Norway coastal scenery with mouths of fjords and
a lush, beautiful archipelago, including the island kingdom of Oygarden, before the ship approaches the picturesque Hanseatic
city of Bergen.
