Cruise Alesund-Molde

Arrival to the Art Nouveau town of Alesund at noon. Spend 2 1/2 hours at leisure in the city before the ship sails towards the coastal cities of Molde and Kristiansund.

Cruise Trondheim-Rorvik

The Trondheim fjord and the picturesque, historic city of Trondheim. Spend 3 1/2 hours at leisure in the city - see the authentic areas of tiny wooden houses, the old bridge "Gamle Bybro", see the Nidaros Cathedral - or join the optional city sightseeing in Trondheim

Cruise Bodo-Lofoten Islands

Cross the Arctic Circle to Bodo, with 3 1/2 hours to explore the city. Then on to the Lofoten Islands with calls at the fishing villages of Stamsund & Svolvaer.

Cruise Vesteralen Islands-Tromso

Into a magnificent archipelago to the north, then on to  the university town of Tromso, also known as the 'Paris of the North'.  3 1/2 hours at leisure in the city.

Cruise Honningsvag-North Cape

Main port Honningsvag, then cruise along Finnmark's barren coast, passing the Svaerholdtklubben Bird Colony and the unbelievable rock formation of Finnkjerkja. Optional North Cape Excursion

Cruise Batsfjord-Kirkenes

Around the north and east coast of the barren Finnmark coast before the ship continues to the south-east into the Bokfjord and on to Kirkenes, the journey's turning point.

Cruise Kirkenes-Berlevag

Call at Vardo, Norway's easternmost town, with the enchanting Vardohus Fortress. Cruise along the Varanger peninsula before a late evening arrival at Batsfjord.

Cruise Mehamn-Tromso

Cruise via Hammerfest, across Soroysund to Oksjord. The course is set via Lopphavet and the ship finds quiet waters towards Skjervoy and the Arctic town of Tromso.

Cruise Tromso-Lofoten Islands

Through narrow Risoyrenna channel after leaving Harstad. Stokmarknes with the Norwegian Coastal Voyage Museum then on to Vesteralen and Lofoten.

The temperature normally varies between +5 and -10 degrees Celsius depending on the latitude. The mean temperature in Tromsoe in January is only -3 degrees C, due to the coastal climate. In Bergen the mean temperature in January is above 0.
For the outdoor sightseeing / activities make sure to bring a warm sweater, windproof & warm outer jacket with a hood, windproof & warm trousers, warm & waterproof winter shoes, mittens and a woolen hat.
