Welcome to your Arctic playground
Touch down in Tromsø and feel the Arctic buzz – this is where your Tromsø Aurora and wildlife adventure begins. Head to your centrally located hotel (we’ve picked the perfect spot in the heart of the action). Once you’ve dropped your bags, the fun begins.
On your first evening, you have three great ways to experience the Northern Lights, depending on the season. In autumn, join the Aurora Safari by minibus, where expert guides take you to the best viewing spots. In both autumn and winter, you can join a Northern Lights chase, following the clearest skies for the best chance to see the Aurora. In winter, you can also visit the Aurora Safari Camp, relax in traditional Sámi lavvus, enjoy a warm drink by the fire, and watch the lights dance overhead.
