DAY 1

First night in Oslo

Individual arrival to a centrally located hotel. The airport express train takes 20 mins to the centre of Oslo.
In Oslo you can visit the iconic Opera House, the spectacular Vigeland Sculpture Park, the Viking Ship Museum (closed for rebuilding to 2025/2026 – artefacts from the Viking Age can be seen at The Historic Museum in the city centre) , the Holmenkollen Ski Jump.
Enjoy the extensive waterfront of Oslo with the vibrant Aker Brygge & Tjuvholmen pedestrian areas & the spectacular wooden Astrup Fearnley Museum.

DAY 2

Travel to Tromsø

Late morning or early afternoon flight to Arctic Tromsø – beautifully located surrounded by Arctic fjords, islands & alpine mountain peaks.
Individual arrival to a centrally located hotel. Tromsø Airport is located 15-20 mins drive to the centre of Tromsø by airport bus or taxi.

Aurora Husky Visit

In the evening you will be picked up for an Aurora Husky Visit to Tromsø Wilderness Centre, located on the Kvaløya island outside Tromsø.
The Aurora camp has a great location for viewing the Northern Lights, and you can also meet the dogs in the dog yard. You will be served a traditional, light evening meal in a lavvo (Sami tent). Transfers included.

DAY 3

Dog sledding adventure

In the morning you will be picked up in the centre of Tromsø for an adventurous Dog sledding trip in the Tamok Valley.
Upon arrival you will be divided in two groups, one start with the dog sledding activity, while the other visit the dog yard, enjoy a hot meal and drinks while learning about the huskies. When the first group returns, you switch places.
The trip includes dog sledding activity, transfers, a hot meal and drinks. Also included: thermal suits, boots, gloves & head wear. English speaking guide.

What to bring: Comfortable shoes, warm and windproof clothing (special clothing will be provided)
Age restrictions: Min. 7 years old and accompanied by an adult
Difficulty level: Average physical condition – involves physical activity on snowy terrain, and assisting the dogs on pushing the sled. Not suitable if you have limited mobility. Participation in this activity is not allowed when pregnant. Weight limit 120 kilos.

DAY 4

Aurora Safari

Time to explore the city, before you will be picked up in the centre of Tromsø for a Northern Lights chase by bus. Several Aurora camps are set up at different locations, and the best one for the evening is chosen, depending on the weather and Northern Lights forecast.
Each camp has its own English speaking guide, a warm shelter and camp fire.
