You'll explore three of the country's greatest fjords – the mighty Sognefjord (Norway's longest and deepest), the orchard-lined Hardangerfjord, and the UNESCO World Heritage Geirangerfjord with its famous Seven Sisters waterfall. Travel aboard three celebrated scenic railways: the Bergen Line crossing Hardangervidda plateau, the legendary Flåm Railway descending through hand-carved tunnels, and the Rauma Line threading past the Troll Wall. Spend two nights aboard a coastal cruise ship sailing from Ålesund to Trondheim. The route takes you from Oslo's urban energy to Bergen's historic Bryggen wharf, then through Art Nouveau Ålesund and along the dramatic coast to Trondheim. You'll experience Norway from multiple perspectives – train, cruise ship, and electric fjord boat – covering extraordinary ground without the complexity of planning dozens of connections yourself. Each segment reveals a different facet of Norwegian landscape: deep-cut fjords, mountain plateaus, coastal islands, and waterfall-draped valleys.
