This 3-day Stavanger food tour package centers on a reservation at RE-NAA, Norway's second restaurant to achieve three Michelin stars. Two nights in central Stavanger including one dinner where Chef Sven Erik Renaa's daily-changing seafood menus showcase what makes Rogaland's waters and landscapes exceptional.

RE-NAA earned its third Michelin star in 2024, joining an exclusive global tier of restaurants recognized for cooking worth a special journey. The multi-course tasting menu changes daily based on what Norwegian waters and Rogaland farms provide – whole langoustines from local boats, scallops hand-dived that morning, vegetables from farms the kitchen knows personally. Chef Renaa built his reputation on knowing exactly where ingredients come from and letting their quality speak. The restaurant operates with extremely limited seating; we work directly with them to confirm reservations, though availability remains subject to capacity.
