This three-day Stavanger experience centers around a table at RE-NAA, one of only 148 three-Michelin-star restaurants worldwide. Chef Sven Erik Renaa's daily-changing seafood menu showcases the best of Rogaland's coast and countryside—the kind of dining experience that typically requires booking months in advance. We work directly with the restaurant to secure your reservation, though tables remain limited and subject to availability (this is the real deal, after all). Beyond the exceptional dining, you'll explore Stavanger's dual identity as Norway's culinary capital and street art hub. Wander through vibrant NuArt murals with expert guides who know the 20-year festival history, explore the charming old town's white wooden houses dating back to the 1700s, and consider adding an optional RIB boat safari through the dramatic Lysefjord. Your centrally located hotel positions you right in the heart of it all—from Michelin-starred kitchens to colorful street corners. Grab one of these rare spots before someone else does. Your taste buds will thank you forever. At RE-NAA, every detail tells a story of craftsmanship, season, and place. Photo by Henriette Heimdal. Every plate, is a piece of Norway.
