This deposit is refundable only if we are unable to confirm your booking. Full payment is due 65 days before departure for tours including a cruise with Hurtigruten or Havila Voyages, and 45 days before departure for all other tours. If you book within 65 or 45 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Are all meals included in the package tours? No. This is specified under "this trip includes" for each individual tour. Breakfast is included at the hotels, but additional meals are specified. How do I pay for things on the cruise? All major credit cards are accepted on board. At Hurtigruten you can register for a cruise card when checking in, which you can use for the entire trip. The final bill will be charged at check out. Can I disembark at the various ports? How much time do we have at the different ports? Yes, if the ship is in port for 30 minutes or more, we would recommend you to disembark. When is the best time to visit Norway? For the best time for winter activities, we recommend traveling from mid-November to the end of March.
