Welcome to Oslo!
Welcome to Oslo - where your Norwegian adventure kicks off not with a whimper, but with a serious bang. Touch down at the airport (pro tip: hop on the Flytoget express train - we've got all the details here), and make your way to your hotel in the heart of the action.
While most visitors are still rubbing jet lag from their eyes and settling for mediocre harbor cafes, we're about to plug you into Oslo's real pulse. Here's where things get interesting: We've scored you the hottest ticket in town - a table at Kontrast, the two-Michelin-starred New Nordic cuisine that most tourists only read about. Chef Mikael Svensson isn't just cooking dinner; he's orchestrating a seasonal symphony of Norwegian ingredients. They're rocking a Green Star for their eco-credentials, so your mind-blowing meal comes with a side of environmental swagger.
Not feeling the fine dining vibe tonight? No stress, the table at Kontrast is optional. Your first evening in Oslo is yours to play with - whether that means conquering the marble slopes of the Opera House at twilight (trust us, it hits different when the light's just right), or get to know the different neighborhoods in Oslo better. Either way, you're starting this journey with insider access that sets the tone for everything epic that's about to unfold.
