Enjoy an exciting fishing trip, the amazing blue light, views of Arctic islands and beautiful scenery.

Northern Norway is known as one of the best fishing areas in the world. The amazing, unique Arctic light, where the colours appear in different shades of blue, is wonderful seen from the sea. As an added bonus, one often spots eagles and small dolphins on the route.

This is an optional activity, which you can add to your Northern Lights trip to Tromso booked through Fjord Travel Norway. The activity will appear during the tour booking process, with prices and details.

Fishing trip details:

Combined with fishing on board the catamaran MB Havcruise, with views of Tromso and the surrounding islands, it will be a truly exciting experience. Lunch will be prepared on board, hopefully with the morning’s catch…

The catamaran takes only 12 passengers, and as the Norwegian crew lives on board the vessel during the winter season, you will definitely feel “at home”!

Duration: 3 hours
Notes: Min. 2 passengers. Late morning departure
The price includes: hiring of equipment and suits, homemade fish meal from the catch, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.
What to bring: Make sure to wear warm winter shoes, caps and warm gloves/mittens
